I’m Dani, and I’m your perimenopause and women's health nutritionist!

As a passionate and dedicated nutritionist, I aim to support, educate, empower, and advocate for women's journey towards optimal health and well-being. Good health is not just about addressing current health complaints but also about laying a solid foundation for a long and vibrant life.

My approach involves understanding each woman's unique needs, lifestyle, and goals. By providing personalised guidance and evidence-based nutritional advice, I aim to help women make informed choices that align with their preferences and circumstances. Through educational resources, workshops, and one-on-one consultations, I strive to equip them with the knowledge and tools necessary to make sustainable and positive changes to their diet and lifestyle.

I wholeheartedly embrace a food-first approach and firmly believe in the power of food as medicine. As a nutritionist, I advocate for the transformative potential of a balanced and nourishing diet in promoting overall health and wellness.

While I predominantly work with women, I also support men in improving their health outcomes and ageing healthfully.

I have strong clinical interest in perimenopause, cognitive health, fatigue and insulin resistance; however, I can also support your metabolic, gut and hormone health.

There are a couple of ways you can work with me.

Consultations

  • Initial consult $187

    A 60-minute appointment. Together we will deep-dive into your presenting complaint, medical and family history, various body systems, current supplement and pharmaceutical regimes, sleep, stress and life in general. And, of course, how you choose to nourish your body (your diet). Please see the consultation page for more information.

  • Return consultation $70-93.50

    A 30-45 minute appointment for existing clients. This will follow up on how you went with the treatment plan provided and make any tweaks that may be required to help you hit your health goals. Any new complaints will be addressed, and a review of any prescribed supplements will also be undertaken. Please see the consultation page for more information.

  • Meal plans $120 Telehealth

    A 30-minute consultation will be required to determine your health goals and a 2-week meal plan and strategies will be provided to support you in reaching those goals. Please see the consultation page for more information.
