I believe it is my responsibility to conduct consults in a safe, confidential and ethical manner; stay up to date with the latest research and evidence through professional development, provide support, accountability and a safe space where you can prioritise yourself and your health
What I Expect from You
CONSUMER RESPONSIBILITY
Important information about how to care for your own well-being/get the most value out of working with me is set out below. If you have any questions or concerns, please email me before proceeding with your purchase.
· Follow your treatment plan/ prescription to the best of your ability
· Be open and honest about your diet and any food/drink that you consume
· Be open and honest about pharmaceuticals/ supplements you are currently taking
· Don’t share your treatment plan and/or prescription with anybody else. It has been tailored to you and your individual circumstances.
· Be open and honest if you are pregnant, breast-feeding or to trying to conceive
Important Information
It’s important to work on the root cause of your condition and not just provide symptomatic relief as the standard medical model does. It may have taken years for your body to get to the condition it is now, it could possibly take a few (or more!) sessions to reverse the damage. Trust me, but more importantly, trust yourself, that if you commit to the treatment plan/ prescription it will better your health.
RISKS
Risks of adverse effects from supplementation. There may be risk of adverse side effects with the supplementation that is prescribed. This why it’s important to be open and honest about any current supplement or medication you are on. It is my responsibility to check the contraindications of every product I prescribe and I can’t do that properly if I don’t have all the information.

If any concerns arise during our work together, [I/we] strongly recommend you seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional. Payment Terms
Currency and GST
All prices listed on my website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST.
Prepayment Requirement
To secure an appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking. I can only guarantee the appointment time and date once you have confirmed your booking and entered your payment details.Overdue Payments and Collection
For invoices that remain unpaid beyond the agreed terms (where applicable), you agree to cover all associated costs of recovery, including debt collection fees and solicitor’s fees, regardless of whether legal proceedings are initiated.
Refund Policy
I do not offer a refund if you change your mind, so you are encouraged to consider carefully whether a purchase is right for you before you make your payment. I am unable to provide refunds for testing after the time they have been performed, treatment plans and prescription products.
If you feel that there is any problem with my services/your purchase, please let me know before the end of the session. I am keen to understand what has gone wrong if you are unhappy so that I can address your concerns and try to find a mutually acceptable solution.
Consultations
All consultations will be delivered online via telehealth. You will receive an automatically generated link when you book in for your initial. If you don’t have the zoom app, you are required to download it. If you need help with this, please contact me. It’s important that during our consultations that you are in a quiet and safe environment where you can focus on yourself and speak openly and honestly.
An account will be set up for you through my online dispensary, Vital.ly. Creating an account will allow you to order your prescribed products. Please see the website’s shipping and refund policies.

Appointment Policies
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the consultation fee.
Cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 100% of the consultation fee.
Cancellation fees may be waived at my discretion. Please provide the reason for your cancellation when notifying me.
It is the responsibility of the client to attend scheduled appointments and to provide notice as early as possible if changes are needed.
Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid cancellation fees. I will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred time as soon as possible.
Should your originally booked time no longer be available, you may select another time from available options in the practitioner’s calendar.
If I cancel on you…
If for any reason I realise that I cannot make a scheduled consultation, I will provide as much notice as humanly possible. Obviously in this case you will not be charged a cancellation fee, and we will reschedule to a mutually convenient time.

Secure Storage of Sensitive Information
I am committed to securely storing and handling your sensitive information.
· Sensitive information is stored on a password-protected computer.
· Only I have access to your sensitive information, and only on a need-to-know basis.
Some of your personal and sensitive information may be stored with SimpleClinic Online. This information may include your personal details, health history, consultation notes, test results, prescriptions and treatment plans. SimpleClinic is an Australian owned practice management system for Naturopathic Practitioners and Complementary Health Care Providers. They comply with the Australian Privacy Act and take the protection of your information very seriously. They have a stringent security system, including password protected access to their platform restricted to registered subscribers, AES-246 or 256 bit SSL encryption of all sensitive information, access logging, and firewall and IP traffic monitoring for suspicious or malicious traffic.
Collection of Information from Minors
Sensitive information may be collected from children under the age of 18 under the following circumstances:
· in the presence of their parents
· with their parent or guardian’s full consent
All information collected from minors is securely stored in accordance with this privacy policy.
Disclosure of Information
I may disclose your information if required under the following circumstances:
· to provide you with the services you have requested
· to send you products that you have purchased
· where disclosure is necessary to carry out your instructions, such as to write letters of referral to other practitioners
